Gents,
What is the best product to remove rust stains from fiberglass; yea, I searched about 9-pages and aborted. Also, brass above water thru-hulls. Anybody try to shine them up? I hit mine with never-dull and it didn't do anything. Thanks Guys!

Anything with oxcylic acid will remove the rust stains easily. I normally use Rust Aid from Home Depot or Barkeepers Friend from the grocery store (HD sometimes has it). Others use toilet bowl cleaner.

Thanks guys, anybody doing anything about he brass thru-hulls. I was thinking about taping them off and try shining them up with 299-grit. Any ideas?

barkeepers freind make it into a paste and a stiff brush for the rust, the stains do come back I am assuming you are talking about the rust streaks from the bow or stearn loops so you may want to think about removing them cleaning them up and resealing them. You'll never be bothered again. Brasso should work on the brass motor well drains. Good to replace them as well with new ones or pvc as they also develop holes and can be a water intrusion source.

The fittings are hopefuly bronze, not brass. In addition, bronze doesn't rust. If indeed you have rust, it could be a few different things: The fittings are stainless and the seal is not good. There is something else rusting and coming out of the fitting.
If the stain is greenish and not rust colored, it could be the bronze.
Is thr ust coming out of the center hole or the edge of the fitting?
