I have a 2006 Sailfish, where is everyone locating their stereo amps? I currently have the factory installed Kenwood and would like to add an amp and new speakers, but want the amp tucked away. Any ideas for it's location?
I have an older boat so the 2 don't have the same layout...but with any electronics that are non-user critical and produce heat....keep it away from moisture, ie down below vs at the helm, and in an area that helps dissipate heat, ie, open to air, not in a small nook without ventilation.
