These are not my videos but I stumbled across them on youtube. I found them interesting and a very different approach than is typically talked about here. Short of the story is the youtuber has a 226 Seafarer which he took from Florida to the Bahama's (looks like an amazing trip!). In the middle of the trip a previous transom repair from a previous owner failed catastrophically. He fixed it enough to drive it back to the US and then did a full transom rebuild from the inside out. He did a great job documenting all of this and I think a great job fixing the boat.
