Seakeeper Ride on Grady 235

if you like adjusting your tabs when your crew moves around on the boat, enjoy porpoising, enjoy bow rise, enjoy turning to take a boat wake at the right angle do not get the seakeeper ride. It will take all those elements out of the equation. I find it funny when people can have an opinion on them but haven't ridden on a boat that has them. I mean, why even trim up your engine? Why even use manual tabs? I am the grumpiest of the grumpy and I can tell you I am pretty darn impressed I was cringing at the price tag of these but I won't have another boat without them. The main reason I ended up installing them is because I couldn't find one bad review on the internet from a person that has actually used them. Its my opinion that says alot in today's world full of grumpy people like myself.

Many interesting responses based on how everyone uses their boats, that tells me the Ride isn't for everyone. For me, as soon as I acquire my next boat, I'm installing them immediately. I had a chance last month to experience them on a 25 CC and couldn't figure out why the boat was so smooth, I only then discovered the boat was fitted with the Ride. (I'm not ashamed to admit I had no idea these products existed.) My reasons to install it are the ride quality and automatic management of the attitude of the boat, I could care less about the ROI.

If you plan on getting your boat on plane, they are relevant. If you never go over 10mph then agreed they are not useful. I see you are in newport....I can tell you they make a world of difference coming back from cat on the blustery days!
