The "small one" is approximately $30k, according to a recent publication I saw, and takes up a space larger than any compartment I'm aware of on any existing Grady White model.

Considering the typical age, value, and budget of what I'd expect is the lions share of this forums participants, I'd expect there isn't much interest here.

I don't spend any time on the water wondering how to make my boat behave more like a fixed pier or jetty.

If I ran a high end charter on a 45 Express maybe I install this and then market the crap out of my business that my charter boat does indeed behave like a fixed pier or jetty. Reduces sea sickness adds value to the charter experience.
