Good morning. One of the cupholders in the back of my Fisherman 216 jarred loose (my fault) and it is held in by just a clear sealant. I am sure that water will leak in to the interior/bilge. Until now my bilge is dry as a bone. I need to reseal it. What should I use? Thanks

Clear silicone like GE should work fine. You can get a small tube at Home Depot. Don't over do it but if it squeezes out around the edge when you insert the holder, let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes or so and then carefully trim the excess. If you try to wipe it too soon it will just smear and make a mess. If it is rubbery, it's OK to trim, if it's still gooey and sticky, wait a bit longer.

That’s great thanks. The sealant that’s there just feels like regular silicone caulk and I just wanted to be sure I didn’t need some fancy marine sealant. Appreciate the help!
