I'm considering this set up to steer the 9.9 kicker on my 22 offshore. Pricing looks to be about $500. If planning to steer from the main helm this look like an excellent option. One question I have is can I keep the kicker fully trimmed up and still steer the main motor? Does there need to be a disconnect in order to have the kicker trimmed up while running? Any other comments about this system are welcome as well. Installation easy? etc.

If your referring to the HO6122 than yes, that's what I have and its performed flawlessly so far.
