Shipping outriggers

I am about to purchase a set of used Lee senior outriggers from a private seller in Florida. I need to ship the outriggers to Wrightsville, North Carolina where I will have them installed and have them 'Hatteras Rigged' (thanks Mega). Any ideas on how to ship them without damaging the (now assembled) outriggers for a reasonable price? I prefer to not have to dissamble them if possible.

Any input would be appreciated.

Mine unscrewed. I left the line on and put them in a cardboard tube and shipped them from Cocoa Beach,Fl to Delaware. I used the tube from a roll of carpet.
