I have a 1998 Sailfish. My shore power quit working (no power to the panel). Galvanic Isolator Switch is on. Chord is in great shape. Am I missing a fuse or something? Power is from an a/c outlet in garage with an adapter. All accessories on panel are off, and the shore power light does not illuminate when I switch it on at the panel.

Does you adapter also have a light to show it is powered?
In any case, you could test the receptacle on the adapter with a non contact voltage probe. There are cheap ones at HD and other stores. If you are using an extension cord from the outlet to the adapter, try plugging something into that too to test.. It should be easy to find out if the problem is in the cords/adapter or in the boat ( hopefully not)

Might check the 30 amp breaker on board the boat. Maybe your garage power source tripped it. Mine is near the shorepower connection in the stern on the stbd side.

3 checks that I haveon my boat
My 2004 Sailfish has a breaker switch under the gunnel a few feet from the shore power. My shore power cables have a light on them to let you know the there is power running to the boat from the source. There is a second breaker in the cabin panel with a light to show you have power.

Thanks. Traced the problem to a short mid shore power cable with a non-contact voltage tester. New chord did the trick!
