I do most of my boating between Cape Cod and Boston and I was trying to find a listing of Massachusetts Bays and Harbor Speed Limits. Can't seem to find anything. Of greatest interest are the Speed Limits for Boston Harbor. It seems everyone is doing there own thing. Any help from the "experts" is much appreciated.

Speed limits?
You must use appropriate speed for the conditions. That includes management of your wake, proper safe spacing and consideration of other boaters. You need to brush up on the 'rules of the roads' for boating and other vessel operation.

I think it is "unlimited" from the sea past the airport, then 10 MPH until the Coast Guard Station, where it becomes no wake 5 MPH.

I believe Swiftcloud is correct but you will still be stopped if you're not more than careful of your speed and wake around anchorage areas, small boats, etc. There is often a sailing school in the inner harbor...
