I recently bought a 2001 226 Seafarer with a 2005 Yamaha HPDI. Everything works great expect the speedometer reading on the console doesn't show speed (just a blank or dash). The other fuctions of the same readout work (fuel). Any ideas?
After reading some old posts I think I need to look at the pitot tube on the lower unit. Can someone point me in the right direction to where it is or other things to consider if it isn't a blocked pitot tube.
