upgrading my trailer and replacing rusty galv L-brackets w/ aluminum L-brackets. I want to couple with SS u-bolts. Where can I get them without paying 10 bucks a pop for one?

use caution stainless does not have the same tensil strength as heat treated steel which is then galvanized. You might want to find out the SWL of the SS ones before ordering. jh

For a spare tire or lisc. plate go SS but for structural parts go with the galv. steel.

I don't see the benefit in using ss bolts and nuts as you will still have galvanized hardware which will need replacement in 5 - 8 years anyways. But, T A Mahoney's in Tampa, FL, has all those parts in stainless but they are quite pricey.
