Thanks for the suggestions and pictures. I will start the hunt for custom doors. Boat outfitters has an option for aluminum frames. They look lower profile. Anyone install these?

Hi I have a 1999 gradywhite 225 tournament with the same door issues. Where you able to get the trim or trimforthe doors?
