Suggestions for a replacement switch panel for 1988 sailfish

there are several styles and makes like BEP and Blue Sea but none will be exactly like your GW original. An 8 switch panel waterproof will be around 100-150 bucks...you will have to modify the opening in the console with some Starboard to make it look nice.

Someone posted pics of a great job they did on their switch pannel where they had a local trophy shop make up a custom board.
Its on my list of upgrade to do. If I recall they even etched in the GW emblem

I second what capthec posted. Scott made me a custom switch panel for my 88 24 Offshore. Top notch work, and a great guy to do business with. He will even walk you through the final wiring of the switch panel at the helm if you need any help. Make sure you check the condition of the all the original wiring. Grady used non-tinned wire. I did a complete rewiring this winter. It's amazing what you uncover. Look at a post by "conshykid". I think it was "Offshore bulkhead replacement and rewire". He had Scott build a switch panel for him. That will give you an idea as to how the panel will look.
