I have a 2006 GW 232 Gulfstream, the switch panel is in bad shape and some of the switches don't work. Can you buy a whole new panel as an assembly, or do you buy the individual switches?

You can do either. The recommendation for newwire is solid. I used them when I replaced all the switch covers on my 330, as well as a couple of the switches themselves for a song. The rest of the switches worked fine, and the panel was decent otherwise. New switch covers are a amazing upgrade, being able to see the writing on them is great, and it can be a safety thing too, as crew can easily identify the right switch as needed.

New Wire marine too, had some panels done and shipped to Costa Rica by them and it turned out well done.
I think BOE Marine makes them too.
