How do you change these long handles that connect to the seacock to open and close it? I can't figure it out on a Tigercat. It looks like you need to weigh about 60 pounds, so you can fit in there or have really long arms. I need some advice. I broke one yesterday trying to close it.

How did you break it? Is the seacock corroded and jammed? Or did the rod corrode?

It was a little hard to push up and down and a little rusty were it hooks in the handle.

If its one of those Apollo marine in line ball valves, its just a stainless nut holding it on.....hold the handle down and use a wrench on the nut......but if you can't get a wrench in the area, you may need to remove the ball valve and possibly the thru hull completely and do it out of the boat.....
