I knew a guy 20-years ago who used to build his boats from scratch out of plywood - first a 26 footer, then a 32. They were nice boats and someone asked him the secret of his success at doing this, on top of his full time job, and he said that he tried to do something on his boat everyday. Even if it was only turning a "single bolt"

My "single bolt" today was installing this paper towel rack (Seateak 62442). I don't have enough horizontal surfaces in my Sailfish cabin to dedicate one to a roll of paper towels.

Excellent idea. Having a dedicated spot for towels is very handy. I did the same thing in the engine room of my Sundancer (although I used blue shop towels there), and it has proved to be one of the smartest "mods" I've done.

Totally agree with doing a little something whenever you can. Today I just cleaned up some wiring. Replaced tie straps, etc...to make the wiring cleaner and more secure. Nice modification on your paper towel rack. :goodjob
