Too Short to See Over Windshield! Step Suggestions?

Yeah. Sorry, didn't mean to make the picture so big. (Pasted directly from my iPad.) But since I did, sure does looks like it says Aquashox right on them. And I can't find them any longer.
Used leftover wood and covered it with leftover SeaDek helm padding. 1x6 on edge with leftover surfboard traction padding on the bottom for feet. Cut to fit snug so no shifting if standing on it while on plane.
