I was in a creek off the main river. My in laws have a house there. The water is about 10' in there and she is sitting in 2'. The main river is anywhere from 40' to 60'. Got her down at the coast in Destin now. Thanks for the kind words. I bought this 06' in Jan and boy did I get a cherry. Only 80 hours on her. The Eisenglass had never been used. 8)

Bama,
I see your VHF antenna mount is approximately where mine is on my Tournament. It was the one mistake my dealer made. I can't open my vent window with the antenna up. I have to raise the antenna, lower it all the way forward, open then vent window, and the raise it back up to the vertical position. Somebody wasn't thinking that day but I didn't notice it until I got the boat home, 365 miles away from the dealer so I've learned to live with it. Great looking boat, you'll love it this summer!

Damn it! I did not think of that. I put it there because I wanted it out of my line of site while running. Me and my buddy did the install. Now you tell me. Well when it is hot out my curtains won't be up anyway.

Thanks NEM. Right place right time kinda deal. The guy that had it never fished it. He pulled the kids on tubes with it. Fish box was used as a drink cooler. Hell I had to put a VHF and bottom machine in it.

I have some new pics of it running in the Gulf I will post soon. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this boat. It has exceeded my expectations. I know it is the same hull as my 2007 222 Fisherman I had but something about the bracket and the weight distribution makes it ride better. Over the last three weeks she has raised a ton of Red Snapper and Kings. This is truly the SUV of boating. I can bottom fish 25 miles out in the A.M. and take the kids tubing in the bay in the P.M. Unfortunately BP and it's "accident" has shut down my offshore stuff.
