1983 Tournament 190 I/O. Below the storage tray and just in front of the doghouse are two pipes with plugs that I believe are part of my bilge system. (see pic) Is there a forward bilge that pulls water up to this compartment and then through one of the holes to a rear bilge and then out of the boat? With the boat in the water are these plugs to be put in place until the system is used. Any help here would be appreciated.
