I found out that I have neck issues that will keep me out of the water for a few weeks so my Striper season is over. That means it is time to complete some maintenance on my boat but unfortunately, my boat is kept in water and don't have a trailer to pull out to do some much needed work. I have a 2000 Grady Voyager 25 foot with the extended stern platform. Would it possible to borrow/rent a trialer not being used for about a week? I am located in Virginia Beach, VA and willing to travel a little bit to pickup.

The alternative is to find someowhere in the Tidewater area with water access that will allow me to rent time on a rack so I can do this maintenance. Does anyone know of a boat yard that will let me do this?

I would post this in the Chesapeake Bay area club section. Maybe someone in that region could help you out.

Maybe things are different on the east coast, but I would think any boat yard will haul and block your boat for what you need to do. If you're wanting to DIY, then you'll have to find one that allows that. Most won't let people paint anymore because of eco hazzard, but there are still a few around, even out here in the republic of kalifonia.
