Any ideas for removing a sheared-off bolt from the nylon bushing in the leaf spring?(thank you new England potholes!)
Appreciate any suggestions.

You should be able to drive it out using a drift/punch but the problem is that you need a solid surface to lay the spring on and that means removing the spring which you probably don't want to do.
Option 2 is to use a tool like a gear/steering wheel puller to drive the old bolt out assuming you can get a grip on the back of the spring.
A third option which will may work is to use heat but you will need to get a new nylon bushing since the heat will destroy the current one.
Let us know how things work out.

Thanks Seasick'
After melting out the nylon bushing, decided the whole assembly
was too rusted and decided to spring (sorry) for a new one.
Appreciate your help !
