The model depends on where you mount it on the hull. The angle of the deadrise at the mounting position determines which model to use.

The spot to put it is critical and you should check both with Grady tech support and other owners of the same hull

Exactly, in fact, in the hull of the 305 Express it is a predisposition which changes the angle of the hull and I wanted to know if someone had already mounted a transducer low profile.

The 305 has a 17 degree deadrise which would have you using the 20 degree tilted element transducer.
