Transducer location

I’m putting a new transducer any info on location on transom

Just follow the manufacturer's instructions - they're very clear with placement - away from strake edges, etc. Plenty of threads on this forum about it and also on the net if you don't want to read instructions Honestly, we'd only be re-typing what has already been said or listed in the directions.

What boat do you have? Avoid pickups and trim tabs. I had my Marina install mine and I haven’t lost bottom yet
