I have a 93 explorer with a 2005 225 di. I bought boat second hand. On it was raymarine fishfinder DS500X.
I began to have issues with fishfinder and upon pulling boat out of slip i noticed cable near transducer was pinched and looked crooked.
I ordered new airmar p58 triducer. I noticed on new unit that there is a small paddlewheel..i do not have one on old unit. Maybe it broke off.
Anybody familiar with this setup or unit. Its a 6 pin cable.
