I just had the transom on my 86 204c replaced. I used Young's fiberglass in manors Nj came out fantastic and the guy who runs the place fishes off a mid 80 s grady as well. Really new his stuff about my grady. Just thought I would put it out there in case anyone is looking

I talked to them last year about doing mine. Their price was comparable to what I got from Marine Specialitsts but they were going to use wood and the guy I went with used composite materials, which I thought was better. My dissapointment was how long it took. 4 months was excessive and that was the issue with a 1 man show. Youngs would have turned it around much quicker. The product I got was excellent but it too way too long.

Yeah he knocked it out in 3 weeks.

Didn't really think about the composite probably should have. If I can get 15 years out of the wood hopefully I am ready to move into another grady by then
