My starboard tab [Bennet Tabs] won't stay down, it slowly retracts as I ride.  I've looked and can't find leaks anywhere.  Is it possible there's a bad check valve or something in the pump?  Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Sounds like you may have a leaky gasket in the extension arm or a bad solenoid. Those are possible problems. How old is the boat, if it is under 5 years old, they may still be under warranty, some parts are. I had my tab switch go and Bennet replaced it free of charge. Email MJThomas@bennetttrimtabs.com

He took care of my problem for me and I'm sure they can help you at least figure out what is wrong. Bennet has a great customer service department and they will help you solve the problem.

If it slowly retracts and the level is staying the same, it's the solenoid valve in the hydraulic unit. Make a post in THT to tabman (bennett trim tabs) and they will take care of you.
