Hello guys, Good/bad or undecided, I am one of those that tries to do all my own work. Boat is on the hard for Spring Wash/Wax/Paint & oil changes. I forgot to look at the tabs to see what Zincs I needed. I just had the yard check and they said there are no zincs, nor are there holes for any zincs. I found this hard to believe, since this boat has been in the Chesapeake Bay since new. Can anyone share if they have Zincs on the tabs off their 330?
Thanks,
Mike

There were none on my Sailfish when bought new, I have since installed them.

Tabs are not tied into the bonding system (not connected to any other metal) so it's not uncommon to see boats where the tabs don't have anodes on them. It certainly can't hurt to add them - but it's usually not really necessary. FYI, the specific boat model - or even the boat brand - doesn't really matter for this scenario.

I understand model does not matter. The tabs on the 330 are under the hull, vs off the transom, so the traditional disc' would not really work.

None on mine, 2007, but the Yamaha zincs are close by and I would hope would handle the job. Never had an issue. Not on this boat, a 2006, a 2000 Marlin, and a Sailfish I had.

I don't have them either and no tie to any metal. I check them every year. No issues to report.
