Model
Canyon 306
What size do I need for my 306 bimini center console

Shaft length or motor trust?
I have a 90" Kraken but not installed it yet on my 306 Canyon, however 90" schaft should be more than enough for most conditions.
If prop het lifted out of the water by wave action then it's probably time to go home.
Garmin has newly also a 110" shaft but it's absurdly 2000$ more expensive then the 90" shaft version and the 110" version may be too long to store on the gunnel.

Motor trust is about same for all top models and brands and the Kraken moves bigger boat than the 306 Bimini/Canyon.
Most trust comes from 36V batteries.

Minn Kota has one with auto deploy feature what avoids that you always need to walk to the bow to deploy and retrieve the TM and it seems MK solved the initial problems with it.

I have the Garmin 110” on my 30ft Marlin. This is an upgrade from a 94 Rhodan. I felt that was too short in some rough seas

Not sure if the Marlin has the deck on same height as the 306 Bimini/Canyon.
I remeber to have measured around 70" from gunnel to water so if the TM is mounted directly on the deck prop should be submerged by 20".
Things change if a swivel base is used as those rise the mounting plate and then 90" may become short if wavy.
Longer would be better but then it may be difficult to store if TM is in horizontal position and a swivel mount would be needed.
If OP has time to wait till i will install mine then i can tell if it works and how i did it.
