Facts..... Bluefin up to 73" caught today!!

Spreader Bars, Green Machines, Stalker jets and bait....
the fish were right on the Sardines today ...... Bluefins were the fish of the day . These fish were from 30lbs on up caught.

reports from today that the fish are 40 miles off the beach. in about 220 ft of water.....if you know anybody who went out get the reports ...we are inthe thick of it.
 
I was supposed to head out thursday but the forcast changed to non fishable winds/seas!
They were out around block last week pretty good - I just wasnt able to find them!

I was lucky enough to hitch a ride with Bob (GMan) for some tuna fishing. Hooked up with a couple small bluefin and then hit the mother-load, 200 pounder. Exhaustive, long fight (not by me) and landed it. Don't be shy, post a pic Bob.

The Tuna Bite Has been Red hot ....with Alot of 200lb fish coming over the rails
Spreader Bars, Jet Heads, Green machines .....and as for bait Sardines

Good to hear and good to hear that you are catching them. We have been chasing the BFT up here off of the North Shore of Massachusetts for well over a month now but are catching a scant few. There are plenty of fish around and we have basically thrown, drifted, flown or trolled about anything you can imagine but still very few anglers can get them hooked up.

We put out live macks in the middle of a blitz on one trip and believe it or not they would not touch them. I guess that's why we keep coming back for more.
