Under Gunnel rodholder parts

Im looking for the little plastic round covers where the rod disapears behind the gunnel. Kinda looks loke a white round plastic disk with a starfish cut out of it. Anyone know the manufacturer or part # ?

Are you looking to replace your existing ones? Reason I am asking is I was looking to replace mine, moldy and nasty looking, but with a little bleach soak and some toothbrush action, they look like new again.
