I am rebuilding my 2007 sailfish....repower, new electronic, upholstery, etc. Can anyone provide a little direction as to the best way to handle the upholstery? There are a few places in Copus that can repair/recover, but wanted to see if there were other options. Does Grady offer direct replacement pads? Are there any companies out there that offer direct replacements? Or should I just find a local company to recover?

Also....any thoughts why my Grady upholstery tends to get so much mold/mildew here in South Texas? I used to run a Contender here and never had any problems with mold/mildew. Are they using a different material? Any thoughts or suggestions here would also be appreciated.

Thankyou!

Yes on GW providing a set of pads but be prepared to bend over.
You should have a local marine canvas shop do it for you. The material is readily avail.
Another option is to do it yourself. Will need a good sewing machine and a walking foot to sew it and a pneumatic with monel staples. Foam from Amazon, material from Fabric Warehouse.
