It just so happens that the advanced helicopter rescue school (AHRS) was training in that area at the time. Lucky criminal!

Boat rolled 360*, then another 90*, then popped upright. I wonder how much damage it did, other than canvas. I'm sure it took on a lot of water.

For punishment for stealing that boat, he should be shackled and given to the owner of the boat. He will know what to do so the guy won't do it again.
