Vent Fitting

I have a '95 268 Islander.
At the end of last season my slip neighbor informed me I had a broken thru hull fitting, way above the water line.
It on the starboard side next to the head,
Question is access. there is a panel behind the porta-potty. would this provide access to the hose?

How does the general location of the panel compare to the location of the fitting? Is this your only option?

It is possible that you can't get to the fitting without cutting a hole for a new access plate. First steps are to try removing what ever panels or lids that are near to the fitting to see if you can reach it.
It would help to know what the through hull is for. The original owners manual does not seem to have a hull through hull diagram

Going solely off what he has written, it seems like a vent for the head system.

It might be. I would see if the panel mentioned is relatively easy to remove.

Done, once panel was removed it was straight forward.

Sometimes boat things are easy. Most of the time it's not so easy!
