Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone's had experience with tying a wakeboard or ski rope to the hardtop of a 228? I just wonder if it's strong enough? Best to ask before trying!

I understand that there are two lugs on the transom, but with wakeboarding, the higher the rope, the better. This allows for easier getting up and out of the water, and better tricks!

Also, if you do use your Grady for wakeboarding / skiing, what has the experience been like in terms of the wake? I'm assuming that the trim tabs and outboard would be trimmed-down and as much weight as possible in the boat?

Thanks

might want to check the nuts on the hard top that go to the frame

i have seen some loose

if they are all good and tight, you will be ok

those real wakeboard towers are only held in by 8 bolts!!!

i used to install them all the time
