2014 275 freedom, before i pull floor panel to access salt water wash down pump is there a way to back pressurize pressure switch if it is stuck , i have checked fuses not sure if it also has a relay . Removing caulk and re installing seems to be hardest part of the job
 
Most of the washdown pumps have a microswitch in them that goes bad. If its anything else wrong with the pump install a new one - same make/model. Switching pump is a trap as nothing lines up, hoses may be different, etc. As you said in your post - getting to the pump is the hard part.
