Water pooling in forward locker drains

I have a 1985 Fisherman 204 and noticed that water is pooling and not draining out of the 2 forward lockers in the bow area. I thinkthese lockers are supps=osed to drain out the starbard side forward thru hull.

Does anyone know how to clear these out?

Had the same issue with my '84 204. Took a garden hose and placed in the compartment drain hole turned on the water and then same process from the through-hull fitting. Blew everything out of the tubes. No problem since then.
