Earlier this week a large humpback whale breached infront of a GradyWhite in Campbell river BC, Canada and landed on the bow, estimated at 40tons of whale, It did put the driver of the boat through the windshild, BUT even with the Gradys hull being broken, the chambered design and all the floatation saved the boat drivers life, It did not sink !!!! Just one more reason to own a Grady White , a lesser boat would have sunk and the owner after getting put into the windshield would of for sure not been in the head space to know what to do to survive.
