Hey all I bought a sailfish that is overpitched. I need a couple/few hundred more rpm's.

Looking to see what you guys are running with 200 2 stroker's. The 225's run a higher pitch, looking for what is on 200's only. Your choice of brand and model would be helpful. Thanks!

I have the Yamaha SWSII 17" pitch now. I get 49mph top end at approx. 5800rpm's. Overall, they are great.

However, after some discussions with Ken at Propgods, he recommends trying some Powertech OFS4's 4 blades to give me some stern lift and possibly better cruise economy. Very possible to move to 18" pitch to help lower RPM's a bit down to recommended 5500 max for these motors, but he mentioned he likes to run them at the higher end of RPM's rather than lower.

My current props are amazing at take off. The boat is on plane what seems almost instantly, so thinking the 18" pitch might be the ticket for me.

I'm running 19's but if I were to change I'd get 15 x 17's. She'll still hit 50 MPH at 5500 but the extra bite of the 15" diameter would be better.
