Where does the water go?

I think I will keep it plugged up, and try to drain it out from time to time.

I would not want a fuel leak to go anywhere else. As my tank is original and am getting it replaced in the fall, I can only see disaster if fuel leaks to my bilge. I am assuming that looking at the two drains the one that goes to the fuel tanks coffin is the one on the (right) starboard side? looking directly at it.

Going ot try to get some winter flounder in the oyster creek channel this weekend wish me luck !!!!
 
I think on my boat the Starboard drain was the one for the coffin. That drain was only a piece of PVC about 2-3 inches long. You should be able to feel around in there with a coat hanger and determine which one goes up to the front of the boat.
