Where to find 1-3/8" gunnel mounts?

I picked up some Lee 1-3/8" outriggers over the weekend. Unfortunately, my boat has 1-1/4" gunnel mounts. I cannot find anywhere that has 1-3/8" bases or the 45° rod ends. I emailed Lee's and they pretty much said I'm out of luck. Anyone know where to find these? Thanks, Chris.

Ended up getting some 1-3/8" ID steel tubing, 1-1/4" OD steel tubing and making my own. Looks pretty good. I tried to upload a pic from my phone, but it says invalid image.
