Which anchor for 30 marlin

Hi I have a 2003 30ft Marlin with a windlass and a pulpit. I do alot of fishing bu myself and I cant get my anchor to sell deploy. I have to let the chain out about 8 inches walk up to pulpit and lift anchor then go back to helmet and finish dropping down. I'd like to get an anchor that will self deploy from the helmet. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I just put a 22# Delta Galvy Plow Anchor on my 282 with windless......... drops and retrieves like a charm with no assistance. Got it on sale at WM for $122.00.
