I'm looking to install a wireless windlass controller on my 2021 Freedom 275. It has the Lewmar V700 windlass so I was looking at the 3 button Lewmar wireless kit. Any good/bad experience with that unit? Also, where on the boat is the control box that presumably I would be connecting the wireless receiver to? A bit of searching suggests its in the bow near the windlass but access to that area looks....cramped. And if it is up in the bow having the receiver in the bow is not ideal when I'm likely to be using the remote off the stern. Is it behind the helm? Any tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated!
