Recently had the control for the livewell and hardtop lights fail simultaneously. All other controls at the helm continue to work properly. Assuming this may be a related wiring or fuse issue that covers both. Does anyone know which fuse in the panel is responsible for these controls? I cannot locate a fuse box diagram, so any advice would be appreciated.

My 1997 Islander owners manual (download from GW site) has fuse and general wiring info/guide. Not sure what they include with the newer models. Start there.

Those two items will not be protected by a common fuse.
If the box on your boat isn't labelled, and there isn't specific info in your manual, then use the wire colors to match things up... either by comparing to the actual switch and/or using the guide Hook provided as wire colors are standardized.
And then.... label the fuse box and send the bill to GW

By control, you mean the switches? Power to dash switches/breakers is daisy chained so its possible that you have a loose connection on the switches.
