Hi!

I’m in the market for a well cared for 248 Voyager/258 Journey or 232 Gulfstream in the 2000-2010 range. Must have a hardtop and bow pulpit. Preferably will have road worthy trailer but not a deal breaker. Open to boats with blown engine(s)/mechanical issues but must be structurally sound and in good shape.

I’m located on the east coast in Virginia, looking within a 700 mile radius. Please shoot me a message if you have or know of something that fits the bill!

*Edited: Decided to open up to twin engine boats.

Thanks!

Islander 268 would work?

What about a 268 Islander w/ a Yamaha F250/ hard top Including a 32' aluminum tandem trailer w/ 2 brand new axles?

Hi Mike - it just dawned on me that I recognize your name from our emails... while I'm not on this forum for sales, I'm from Peters Marine - about that '02 we have emailed about.
Gotcha, yeah I think that boat might be just out of my price range.

just out of curiosity, why is a pulpit a must have? i wish my boat didnt have one and am planning to rip it off at some point in the future.

Please don’t judge too harshly but it’s more an aesthetic thing for me, I just think they look better with it.

Why do you wish you didn’t have it?

I agree I think they look better with it as well. I have a 258 Journey and have really enjoyed it. I have a single 250HP yamaha.
