I'm looking to purchase a Pompanette ladder back helm seat. Let me know if you have one for sale.

Thanks, John

I have a helm seat from a 2009 GW 330 Express. The seat shell is new from Pompanette and has been professionally reupholstered, new foam less than 6 mos. ago (receipts can be provided). It looks identical to the seat that shipped from Grady White. I have uploaded a couple of photos but have more from all angles.

Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks for the reply. The one you're selling doesn't match what I need. I'm looking for a ladder back seat.

I need one too, put me in line after John as I'm not trying to thread jack. Mine is the Pompanette Deluxe seat that came on our Tournament 223.
The plastic base on ours has cracked that is on the passenger/port side. John, or anyone else that might have a plastic base from one, I'ld be interested in purchasing that piece or a whole seat (of course after John finds one).

Sorry just saw this. The chair is still available. If you would like more pictures let me know. I am asking $400 + shipping from San Diego, CA.

Please email me direct so I don't miss the post here.

Mounting hole placements - all measurements are center-center (except the overall width). The two middle mount holes are L/R center and if you divide the distance between the two it is the center point of the seat. All inserts are 1/4 20.

Just buy them direct from pompanette.
I am in the process of buying and the ladder back seat looks to be more comfortable than the standard issue. (I am buying a 2000 Voyager) So has Pompanette been the supplier all these years? And remains the go to for OEM replacement?

I have a 1999 248 Voyager, I have bought a lot of seat parts off e-bay. Most are old stock factory parts for the seats at a reasonable price.

Good luck. Great Boat.....

They still sell them new from Pomp if interested. I have a Deluxe II helm seat from Pomp that I removed when I installed the Llebroc Marlin seat. The Llebroc is an awesome chair for the GW and it what GW is installing now.

I'm trying to find a match for the one ladder back I currently have, though the Llebroc does look comfortable. I'll check them out. Thanks for the info!

Post a picture of yours that you are trying to match,,, could be helpful. They had two styles of ladderback helm chairs depending on age of boat.

Here's pics of old style versus new style.

Yep, same as mine. Either buy new from Pompanette or keep watching ebay. I bought one off ebay for the cushions only, then relisted it and sold it.

I have it if interested. It would be a bitch to ship though. I'm in MA, where are you located?
I'll get some recent pics when down at the summer house next time. I changed the arms about 5 years back and the chair is in very good shape. Will see if I can find pic of it.
