I believe Llebroc is making all GWs custom chairs and bolstering today. Unfortunately they can't sell direct. You could try GW but sit down for the price.
If you have one, you can get it reupholstered. If you don't you'll have to do some hunting. With all the boats that were damaged in hurricanes etc, there must be salvage option. I don't know of any, but I'm thinking if you hunt hard enough, you can find one. Might luck out here, check the For Sale / Wanted forum.
