Thought I'd share this link. Andy at Sim Yamaha (a THT Vendor and a great resource for repair info, parts and general Yamaha outboard knowledge) put these together to show some of the basic maintenance on this outboard. I found it while inquiring about a YES extended warranty.
Talks to engine oil, water pump, thermostat, lower unit oil, spark plug, VST and other routine changes. He sells an oil extractor and parts for Yamaha outboards to make OCs a lot easier. I have no affiliation with him, but have done business with him and I recommend him. I just thought it was great he did this for folks and wanted to pass along to GW owners.
