Yamaha Helmaster Trim Assist

I am interested in setting up the trim assist on my Freedom 285 with twin Yamaha 300s. I realize it's probably kind of a manual trial and error thing I believe there's four different trim assist settings based on boat speed and trim percentage but I was just curious if there's anything that's been published by Yamaha or Grady White for the Freedom 285 with twin 300s? I guess what I would be looking for is various RPMs and trim %. Or at least a rough starting point. I do know that it idle trim should be 0%
