After your post, I went back and looked at some pictures I took when I removed the smaller inspection hatch on the starboard wall of the aft bunk. I believe I can see the 3 x 3" rigging tubes called out in the manual. I don't see the outboard rigging coming out of the first tube, I expect it...

Hi, We will be repowering our 2004 with Suzuki DF300AP's in the next few weeks. Before I pull the boat apart, I was wondering if anyone know where the rigging tubes for the harness and shift cables terminate? There is a access panel under the starboard lounge seat, and possibly the starboard...

How low (what hole) did you mount your Suzuki DF250AP/DF300AP's on your 330? My Yamaha's are currently all the way down, I assume we will mount the Suzuki's the same? We were told we would have ship dates this week, keeping my fingers crossed... :)

Suzuki does not have a small enough pitch that will work with the heavy 330. The smallest pitch is 20, the 330 needs a pitch of 16 or 17 with the DF250AP/DF300AP engines:

My 330 has a 300 Amp fuse (Bow Thruster.) The house main is 50 Amps. Check the owners manual, the fuse size is called out in the wire diagram.

Interesting. I have DF300AP's on order, Power Tech is recommending 16x14's, as the DF300's are 6300 RPM motors. I would need to hit 42-43 MPH to reach that RPM. I'm thinking maybe starting with the 16x16's, if your getting 6100 I should be able to get 6300...? So hard to choose, thanks...

When my lower unit locked up, spinning the prop by hand while in neutral took a lot of force to turn it. The vertical shaft was locked up and I could not turn by hand. Try that the next time you pull the lower unit off.

If you can submerge the bottom, it will be quiet. Maybe a trash can?

Bay House, Do you still have the 330 with 300 zukes? I have a pair of DF300AP's on order, and am having trouble choosing a prop. Can you provide your prop make and pitch, and wot rpm? Thanks

Hi, Can you provide what props you were running on your DF300's? I'm ordering a pair of DF300AB's for my 2004 330, there is not much info out there for Suzuki's on 330 Expresses. I have no idea where to start on prop size. Thanks
